Ranger was born, raised and started at the Oklahoma division of Cowan Select Horses.
We have used him on the ranch to brand, doctor and start colts and he has always been great outside. Ranger is one of those horses that will fit a wide variety of levels, he is good being turned out with a large group or being kept up in the barn. Gunreynge has been hauled to numerous ropings and is a very solid heel horse, he is one that can take lots of runs and stay true. We have headed several steers on him and it wouldn’t take long to have him ready to haul. Ranger has been in a very solid program his whole life, he has been ridden by several different people at the ranch and at ropings and he adapts quickly. We strive to raise horses with excellent conformation and willing minds at Cowan Select and Gunreynge checks all the boxes.
