Buster, registered as Won Cut Above, is a seven-year-old red roan gelding standing 15 hands and weighing approximately 1200 pounds. Offering him for sale has not been an easy decision, as he has been a well-loved and dependable horse around our place. He is the type of gelding that stays gentle, sound, and suitable for any level of rider. Buster is a solid head horse—I rope on him competitively in the open, and my wife rides him comfortably in the 8-point. He started his career in the working cow horse as a three- and four-year-old, giving him a strong foundation before transitioning into the roping pen, where he has continued to excel. Outside the arena, he is always the first horse we catch for any job. Whether checking cattle, gathering pairs, or dragging calves, he handles every task with confidence and willingness. There are truly not enough good things to be said about this young gelding. Whoever ends up with Buster will enjoy him for many years to come.
