POTE

Potè is a big, gentle, stand-up gelding. At 15.2 hands and weighing 1300 lbs., this horse has the foundation, tools, and the experience. This sorrel gelding has seen absolutely every aspect of ranch work. He's cowy, travels right and is a pleasure to ride. Potè has been my No. 1 ranch horse the last two years and has been ridden in countless performances during Cheyenne Frontier Days. Potè was trained by my son Zane Thompson in the heading, he scores like one should, naturally rates off the cow and makes steers easy to heel. Potè has been to lots of ropings and would fit #3 headers and up. This is one classy horse that anyone would be proud to own.
