Originally, he was trained for reined cow horse competition as a 3-year-old winning money in the NRCHA. He was also shown in the hackamore as a 5-year-old. After that he went on to compete as a cutter, winning money in NCHA competition. As a 6-year-old he went into professional rope horse training and went on to compete in the heading at AQHA shows in Texas and Oklahoma. We've hauled him for several years as a turn back horse and lesson horse. He is well rounded and has been well exposed. Reno hauls great and gets along well with other horses. Turn him out for as long as you want and gather him back up whenever you want without worry. No buck and no spook. This is an honest gelding, and he is an absolute gentleman.
