LOT 4: Cowboys Bogie Jack
Roy
2011 Black Gelding
Roy, a.k.a. Cowboys Bogie Jack is a 12-year-old black gelding that has been used on the ranch and is currently a head horse that is also good to heel on. He’s been in professional training with us for the last four months and is currently being jackpotted on. This horse is completely sound and has never had any health issues or significant injuries. He rates cattle well, he is easy to catch on, and easy to heel behind. He can run, is strong at the saddle horn, and can face. As a heel horse he gives you a nice shot and parks it. He is a durably made horse standing 15-15.1HH and 1175lbs, he’s got good bone and solid feet, wears 0 shoe and has clean legs. This is a really nice horse with a good handle, he’s very broke and gentle, but he will saddle up a little tight if he’s had quite a bit of time off. He warms up out of it quickly; he is not a bronc or counterfeit about it, but we feel honesty is the best policy. He’s been ridden outside quite a bit, is not spooky or reactive. He has a friendly personality and is a fun horse to ride.
