Check out this gelding! Coming in at 15.1HH and weighing 1250lbs, Slider is the complete package. He is stout, sturdy, and sweet! He is conformationally correct and made to last. Slider stands out with his stoic presence and gorgeous bay color. In addition to his physical attributes, he is a finished rope horse, family horse, and handy ranch horse. In the roping pen you can rope either end off him and he is equally great. As a head horse, he stands calm in the box, leaves flat, runs to the same spot everytime, nice rate, and rolls out of the corner with ease and has a snappy, quick face up! Anyone can rope on this horse from a #3 to a #9. If you are looking for a heel horse, Slider is your guy, and his name suits his big sliding stop. He makes heeling easy with his ability to read the cattle and rate accordingly, makes a nice entrance, low headed so you can see the feet, and then a big stop and strong on the horn. He has been hauled to jackpots and seen rte city lights. Slider is great in the arena but if you have work to be done on the ranch, he has done it all. We have doctored yearlings, sorted pairs, gathered strays and everything in between. This gelding will go where you point him, walk on a loose rein and be a joy to ride wherever you want to go.
