Rancho Rio offers a limited number of permanent vendor spaces in our midway. If you are interested in being on our waitlist please complete our vendor application form and select “Permanent Vendor.”
Temporary Vendors
We also offer limited temporary vendor space throughout our event season. Certain blackout dates apply. You MUST complete the vendor application form prior to setting up at Rancho Rio. Anyone who has set up without permission will be asked to leave and be subject to loss of future vendor rights.
Facility maps
Our layout is pretty simple and user friendly. However, if you’ve never been to Rancho Rio, or it’s just been a couple of years, things have changed. We hope always for the better! Below is a link to download current detailed maps of our facilities including the RV Park, Covered Stalls, 10×10 Covered Stalls, Outdoor Panel Stalls and a full aerial of the facility. These maps are also available on OpenStalls.com to help you as you book your stay.
VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Vendor Eligibility & Approval
- Vendor participation is by application and approval only.
- Rancho Rio reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor at its sole discretion.
Note: Food vendors are not being accepted at this time.
Standard Vendor Opportunities
Approved vendors may operate during the following regularly scheduled events:
- Legends Mondays
- Barrel Thursdays
- Select Saturdays (to be determined by Rancho Rio management)
No vendor space is guaranteed. Placement will be determined by Rancho Rio staff.
Restricted & Special Events
Approved vendors ONLY may operate during the following special events:
- Las Vegas Week
- WSTR Title Fights
- Art of the Cowgirl
- NTR National Finals + The Horse Sale at Rancho Rio
For these events, strict selection applies. Only vendors specifically invited or contracted by Rancho Rio will be permitted. For Art of the Cowgirl vendor opportunities please visit ArtoftheCowgirl.com.
Vendor Fees & Payments
Vendor Fees can be paid online at RanchoRioAZ.com/VendorFees
- Vendor fees start at $150 per day.
- Booth fees must be paid in full prior to setup.
- Fees are non-refundable unless Rancho Rio cancels the event.
Setup & Tear Down
Vendors must have a 10×10 white tent unless otherwise approved by Rancho Rio staff prior to setup.
- Vendors must follow designated setup and tear-down times provided by Rancho Rio.
- Late arrivals or early departures without prior approval may result in loss of vendor privileges.
Compliance & Conduct
- Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional booth.
- Rancho Rio reserves the right to remove any vendor not adhering to these standards.
Liability
- Rancho Rio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
- Vendors must hold Rancho Rio harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from their participation.
