Uno is a 2020 AQHA red roan gelding that stands 14.3 HH. He has an eye-catching colour that will turn heads wherever you go. He has a beautiful kind,loving, eye and wants to please. Uno is a grandson of the great, One Time Pepto, on the top side. One Time Pepto has lifetime earnings of $331,097 and is one of the top cutting horse sires. Not only is he a grandson of One Time Pepto but also a grandson of CD Lights, who is a two million dollar sire and has so much to say about him. With all that talent on his pedigree, he is bound for greatness no matter what he does. He has spent a lot of time outside at the ranch working cows and checking fence. We have doctored lots of cattle in the pasture, sorted and gathered yearlings in rough terrain and drug calves to the fire. Uno is a good mover, moves easily off your legs and is soft in the bridle. He has a nice turn around and a big, deep, stop. Not only is he our pick when we have things to do on the ranch but he is a switch-ender in the team roping. On the head side he stands flat in the box, runs hard, has great rate, with a smooth move on the corner. He is level headed making him very easy to rope on. On the heel side he is equally good in the box, stands calm, leaves flat, makes a nice entrance on the corner and gives you the same consistent throw every time. Uno has a big stop and is strong on the horn, helping get those fast flags at the roping jackpots.
